Thank you for the services you provide. When a person uses a camcorder as much as I do, it will inevitably have some sort of component failure. I have had seven camcorders in 23 years, and you have restored three of them back to good working order. Though it is hard to have trust the first time one sends an expensive camcorder out for repair, I am no longer anxious when one of mine needs your care. I hope you can maintain the capabilities to repair my future camcorders. I expect that my next camcorder will shoot in 3-D.
