I sent in an old, but expensive, Sony camcorder.for repair, not knowing what to expect from a repair service that I found on-line. I searched on-line because I could not find any local places that repaired SONY products. The camcorder was returned within a week and is as good as new. The cost was reasonable rand was just as advertised. No surprises. Am very pleased with A-TECH and will recommend them to anyone.

Thanks for repairing our camcorder. Everything is working fine and we are really happy to have it back after 10 years of sitting in the corner. We were told by a local Sony dealer at that time that he had sent it to the factory but couldn't be repaired. It has taken all this time to find out he was full of baloney. I shipped this unit on October 22. It was received by A-Tech on October 25. October 27 and 28 was the weekend. Sandy struck the coast on October 29 and A-Tech was without power for four days. I received the unit back in Fernandina Beach on November 7,in perfect working order!

I wasn't able to check camera all funcion, but I was able to check transfer from tape to computer hard drive, and that is only what I need from that camera ( transfer my old tapes and edit them ).
