I am very pleased with the service I received on my video camera. The camera was repaired and returned promptly. The price was reasonable, less than the price I was quoted locally. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone that needs 8mm equipment repaired.

I have been happy with the service and the quality of work the only thing I would like to see changed in my case is shipping cost for multiple items should be significantly less than currently charged rate. I know what is cost to send out cost should be similar when returned. Other than that I am happy

Service on camera was good. You ignored my note about the tape and It was very late by the time I got it back if indeed its the right one. I can't reach the customer now as they are out of town so I don't even know if you sent the right tape back. I exchanged some very furstrating emails with Manny where he too the position that he could not be held responsible for a tape in the camera. I disagree. Especially when I made a note of it when sent in.

It is great, once again, to be able to watch video's of family members who have passed on. we live in the mountains of Colorado and wildlife abounds. Now,I am able to photograph these lovely animals with my Sony camcorder. Now, all I need to do is find a place where I can purchase a battery pack, so I'm not dependent on AC. OMG I was hesitant to send my camcorder to get fix. Boy did you guys do a great job on fixing the problem and getting it back to me in a timley fashion. I really appreciate the job you did and would recomend you to my friends. It is hard to find a place to fix old electronics now a days, they say just buy a new one. But I like my old camcorder. Now it works great and I don't have to buy a new one.
