You seemed to do all that you could for the price I was willing to pay. I use the unit now to transfer digital tapes to my computer. The only problem is that cheap ass Sony refuses to supply a driver later than Windows XP. If you know of a third party driver for VISTA, please let me know.

The service I received in Nov 2010 from you folks was excellent...the camcorder was repaired and cleaned in a timely manner with excellent status reports received as to the repair status. The repair camcorder worked just fine...Keep up the good work...unfortunately I "lost" my camcorder this past February during a trip to Hawaii so I am seeking a replacement.

Awesome, awesome and awesome! I had a ton of family videos on hi8 and my Sony camcorder wouldn't read them. I sent the camera in for repairs and it was quickly fixed and returned to me.
